AGSB College - Master of Business Administration

Master of International Business Administration Switzerland college program accentuates to global perspectives and forecasts, as well as, the challenges the future leaders will face. We prepare our students to be creative spirits of any company or organization. Instruction in English, seminars, small sizes classes, real companies’ cases analysis adds value to the program.

Master of Administration curriculum is designed from three parts: 2 theoretical academic semesters, 3 to 6 months internship in the company, and Master Thesis Project. 8 Business Core courses, 2 foreign Language courses, 1course of seminar series construct the framework of MBA studies. The required internship and the time dedicated for Master Thesis Project is considered to be 1 course. International Finance, Conflict Resolution and International Negotiations courses broaden the Master Switzerland college program.

The special attention we would like to draw to Corporate Internships, which are selected. Companies benefit from new business ideas and additional work force, while our students receive valuable experience of working in the company organizational structure, decision making understanding, duties, responsibilities and time, tasks and expectations wise. For the students who already have working experience, the internship is great possibility for development of the professional skills. Consequently, companies or organizations recognizes the efforts and results of interns and possibly select some, most achieved students for future employment.
