Brillantmont Switzerland Boarding School has been established in the end of 19th century and today is managed by the 5th generation of Mr. Heubi. The key element which distinguishes us from other Switzerland boarding schools is our high academic chart in family enhanced atmosphere. Brillantmont Switzerland Boarding school has a strong reputation in the field of Anglo-American education. The School is a member of the Switzerland Federation of Private Schools, The Council of International English Association of Schools and Colleges. Each year we welcome more then 150 students, representing 36 different countries. Each boarding school student has an appointed teacher who helps to build up student’s skills and interests, assists to interact with other students and guides through the boarding school year.

Students learn discipline, responsibility, specific education orientation (American, British or Languages undergraduate studies), European cultural life, thanks to the location of our boarding school and the active sport programs which we provide (tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, dance, badminton, salsa-aerobics, etc.). The Switzerland boarding school students who receive our secondary education degre are described as diligent active members of today’s society and therefore accepted by the most prestigious Universities and Colleges around the world.

We offer American High School program, including advanced placement examination and British program with the IGCSE, and A Levels examinations. Our boarding school students can choose subjects from both programs to earn particular number of credits for High School Diploma. Moreover, we have a Language program for students who plan to study Bachelor program in foreign language. This program is beneficial for pupils with insufficient foreign language skills. Our Lausanne Switzerland Boarding School has the list of requirements in order to achieve successful graduation. At least 20 academic credits must be completed while lessons, instructed in English.

Our Switzerland Boarding School continues the tradition of quality education in a supportive manner that has been carried on for five generations. Our tutors and coaches help pupils to find their true potentialities, guide them to progress and become hard working and active personalities within families and societies. Our training is individualized and personally followed. We have been using this particular method of education since 1882. Our great grandparents have foreseen the advantage of private boarding school instruction being held in family’s hands, therefore, they have established core principles based on the discovery of student abilities in an encouraging environment.

The School Faculty consists of 24 professional staff members, which means that teacher – student ratio is 1 to 4.  Brillantmont Switzerland Boarding School has established Guidance Center, as we acknowledge that enrollment and studying process could be stressful for some pupils. The Guidance Center works in four different directions:

1. performs  in-depth interview with students and parents who arrive to the School for first time;
2. helps to determine educational priorities and goals according to the abilities of student, as well as, to chose and adapt the right program;
3. provides academic counseling regarding entrance to European, American, British or Non-European Universities and Colleges;
4. Offers personalized guidance during the school year.
